Swim Team Registration

This is a reminder that ALL Winter athletes need to register for their 2024 Winter Sport via Aktivate.com in order to be eligible to join you this season. Registration needs to happen BEFORE they can attend the first day of practice/tryouts on November 18th.  


New this year:   Students will not pay their athletic fee until after they know if they have made a team.  Once you have developed your roster, we will have you sign-up for a date for your team to come in and pay their athletic fee for the season. This athletic fee and all outstanding fees on their account must be paid before the first game. 


Questions on how to register via Aktivate?  Here is a link and directions for the Aktivate website.  All athletes should have a valid physical online. They will know if their physical is valid when they log into Aktivate. If they see one on file, it is valid.  If they don't, then they need to get a new one.  OSAA physical forms can be found on our website.  Physicals are valid for two years and must be valid for the entirety of the season that they wish to participate in.

Just a few helpful reminders as you prepare for your WINTER  tryouts/practices on November 18th. 

  1. OPEN NOW - All Winter athletes can start or complete a registration in Aktivate.com. 

  2. Once they register, they can upload their physical and participate in tryouts. 

  3. November 18th - First day of practice/tryouts. Athletics will print and give you a hard copy of all students registered for your sport with a valid physical on file. 

  4. November 22nd - Coaches will provide the Athletics office with rosters

  5. November 25th by the End of Day- Families will be invoiced in Myschoolbucks.com for their athletic fee so that they can pay online. Students with outstanding account balances will need to balance 

  6. December 3rd - CLEARANCE DAY - All athletes will come to the bookkeeper's office during the following hours to make or confirm payment and/or clear any outstanding fees on their account.  Account fees must be paid in full to be eligible to play Winter Sports. 

Bookkeeping Office Hours

  • 7:30 - 8:30 am  Before School

  • 9:55 - 10:04 am During BREAK

  • 11:30 -1 2:05 pm During Lunch

  • 3:30 - 5:30pm  After School

Athletics will provide coaches with a list of athletes that are CLEARED for their first game.
